Hi, I'm Harriet, Welcome to Not Just Cake. Launched in 2019, I have had a passion for baking since my mum taught me to bake as a child. She would always make fabulous birthday cakes for my sisters and I. When I had my own children I loved making their birthday cakes, always wanting to try new techniques and expand my decorating skills. Over the last 14 years my passion has grown and I have fallen completely in love with all things cake! Based in the little town of Axbridge in Somerset, I love to create beautiful cakes that not only look great but taste amazing too! Perfect for any celebration.
